Job Type: Part-Time
Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm
New listing checklists
Price change checklists
Manage, advertise and schedule open houses
Manage all email marketing
Schedule and prep buyer files
Design fact sheets and other marketing pieces
Organize customer appreciation events
Communicating directly with Seller clients on all marketing efforts
Working directly with our marketing company
Paying bills, managing some expenses
Assisting at photo shoots
Filling out data input sheets
Developing lists of features to be incorporated into marketing pieces
Deliver fact sheets/install brochure boxes
Remove sign riders
Order signs up/down
Skills and Qualifications .
Good Written Communication and Verbal Communication Skills
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
(CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Exquisite client service and people skills
Proven experience as a marketing assistant
Graphic design experience
2 years experience in marketing
Experience in real estate a plus
High School diploma; BA in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
