Diana has joined the team with many years of experience in customer service and executive assistant roles. Diana is excited to bring her organizational skills, dedication and attention to detail to the team and is passionate about providing invaluable support to both Shannon and the team. Diana is a lifelong resident of the Capital Region and currently lives in Clifton Park with her husband Mark and their Bernedoodle, Bernice. Diana has been a fitness instructor for years and loves helping her clients start their day in a positive way. In her free time she and her husband love to travel, hike, take long walks, visit with friends and above all, spend time with their 4 grown children.
