Meagan Tumer

Meagan was born and raised in Clifton Park, NY. She attended college in Boston, MA where she navigated the crazy rental market. This helped launch her passion to pursue real estate so that she could help people find the perfect place to call home. In addition to real estate, after graduation Meagan worked as a College Advisor and then became a College Recruiter.

After spending 12 years in Boston, Meagan and her husband decided to return to the Capital Region to raise their family. Meagan spent several years as a stay-at-home parent raising her two children while selling children's books and substitute teaching. During the pandemic she was motivated to return to real estate to help people find their forever home and help both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Meagan treats the home buying process and every client she works with as if it were her own personal transaction. She enjoys helping people throughout the whole process – start to finish. There is no task too big or too small Meagan isn’t willing to help with. As a native to the area, she is very familiar with many local resources and vendors, which helps in achieving a smooth stress-free process for her clients when they are making such an important life decision.

Meagan is a proud graduate of Shenendehowa High School and a Double Husky from Northeastern University (B.S. and M.Ed.). She is passionate about spending time with family, friends, traveling and visiting the ocean.
